WEDDING DAY CO-ORDINATION

Your long‑awaited day has finally arrived. With care, intention, and thoughtful attention to every detail, the Davis Floral Creations coordination team will be on site to ensure everything unfolds seamlessly. Our goal is to allow you and your loved ones to be fully present—sharing moments, emotions, and memories—while we manage the details behind the scenes. Our Day‑of Coordination services include:

Two Co-ordinators present at each event
Meeting with the Bride & Groom prior to event date
Co-ordination of procession at rehearsal
Co-ordination at ceremony location
- Setup of programs and arrangements
- Bridal party and family co-ordination for ceremony procession
- Clean up of church / ceremony location
- Transportation of arrangements to reception (if required)

Setup and display of Reception decor
- Head / Bridal party / Cake tables
- Seating plan and name cards
- Favors, guest book, etc.
Liase with Caterer/Venue contact, DJ, Photographer and MC
Access to Wedding Emergency Kit
Complimentary basket of toiletries for Mens / Ladies washrooms
Additional duties as assigned by the Bride & Groom

Our Day‑of Coordination service is $850 plus tax for six hours of attentive, dedicated support. Should your celebration require additional time, extended coordination is available at $100 per hour. For events welcoming 300 guests or more, an additional Coordination Assistant will be present to ensure every moment flows effortlessly, available at $50 per hour.
